Powered by a premium IE3 high-efficiency 2-pole electric motor (280S** frame), the assembly delivers a maximum delivery flow rate up to 5000 L/min with a pressure head reaching 73.2 meters. The entire unit is precision-mounted on a heavy-duty steel baseplate connected via a flexible shaft coupling with a safety guard, protecting internal bearings from axial stress and vibration.
Built for severe operating conditions, the pump features a full AISI 316 stainless steel hydraulic assembly (pump body, bracket, impeller, and shaft end) and a premium ceramic-graphite-NBR mechanical seal. Handling fluid temperatures from -10°C to +90°C at operating pressures up to 10 bar, the Pentax CAX+MOTOR series supports optional upgrades such as AISI 316 counter-flange kits and traditional gland packing seals.
Sealing Options (Mechanical Seal vs. Gland Packing):
Mechanical Seal (Standard - Ceramic-Graphite/NBR): Best for clean water, chemical liquids, and food processing. Provides a 100% drip-free, zero-leak seal that requires zero routine adjustment.
Gland Packing (Optional Upgrade): Best for dirty water, sandy fluids, or abrasive technical liquids. Uses traditional braided packing glands that tolerate particle wear and can be easily tightened or repacked directly on-site without opening the pump.
