Built for continuous circulation in industrial use, commercial HVAC heating/cooling loops, chemical processing, food and beverage plants, and water treatment systems, it emphasizes whisper-quiet operation and acid-resistant durability.
Driven by a 4-pole IE3 high-efficiency 0.5 HP 0.37kW electric motor (MOT71M frame) operating at 1450 RPM, the assembly delivers a maximum flow rate up to 200 L/min with a powerful pressure head reaching 5.6 meters. The complete unit is precision-mounted on a heavy-duty steel baseplate connected via a flexible shaft coupling with a safety guard to prevent shaft stress.
Built to withstand aggressive fluids and continuous wear, the pump features a full AISI 316 stainless steel hydraulic assembly (pump body, bracket, impeller, and shaft end) and a 20 mm ceramic-graphite-NBR mechanical seal. Sealing Options (Mechanical Seal vs. Gland Packing):
Mechanical Seal (Standard - Ceramic-Graphite/NBR): Best for clean water, chemical liquids, and food processing. Provides a 100% drip-free, zero-leak seal that requires zero routine adjustment.
Gland Packing (Optional Upgrade): Best for dirty water, sandy fluids, or abrasive technical liquids. Uses traditional braided packing glands that tolerate particle wear and can be easily tightened or repacked directly on-site without opening the pump.
