Powered by a premium IE3 high-efficiency 45 kW (60 HP) 2-pole electric motor (MOT225M frame), the CA50-315CN hydraulic unit generates a flow rate up to 2200 L/min with a maximum head of 105 meters. The entire assembly is precision-mounted on a heavy-duty steel baseplate with a flexible drive coupling and coupling guard, reducing installation labor and preventing vibration.
Built to withstand heavy continuous duty, the pump incorporates a rugged cast iron pump body and motor bracket, a high-grade AISI 316 stainless steel shaft end, and a 20 mm ceramic-graphite-NBR mechanical seal. Supporting operating pressures up to 10 bar and fluid temperatures from -10°C to +90°C, the Pentax CA+MOTOR series offers customizable options including cast iron, bronze, or AISI 316 stainless steel impellers, counter-flange kits, and gland packing seals.
