The Pentax CAX32-200B+MOT132SA is a complete, factory-assembled industrial horizontal centrifugal pump station constructed entirely from AISI 316 stainless steel in strict compliance with EN 733 European standards. Specifically engineered for cooling systems, it offers unmatched corrosion resistance and operational readiness.
Powered by a premium IE3 high-efficiency 2-pole electric motor (132SA frame), the assembly delivers a maximum delivery flow rate up to 500 L/min with a pressure head reaching 48.3 meters. The entire unit is precision-mounted on a heavy-duty steel baseplate connected via a flexible shaft coupling with a safety guard, protecting internal bearings from axial stress and vibration.
Built for severe operating conditions, the pump features a full AISI 316 stainless steel hydraulic assembly (pump body, bracket, impeller, and shaft end) and a premium ceramic-graphite-NBR mechanical seal. Handling fluid temperatures from -10°C to +90°C at operating pressures up to 10 bar, the Pentax CAX+MOTOR series supports optional upgrades such as AISI 316 counter-flange kits and traditional gland packing seals.
Sealing Options (Mechanical Seal vs. Gland Packing):
Mechanical Seal (Standard - Ceramic-Graphite/NBR): Best for clean water, chemical liquids, and food processing. Provides a 100% drip-free, zero-leak seal that requires zero routine adjustment.
Gland Packing (Optional Upgrade): Best for dirty water, sandy fluids, or abrasive technical liquids. Uses traditional braided packing glands that tolerate particle wear and can be easily tightened or repacked directly on-site without opening the pump.
Note: Fully assembled turnkey unit on baseplate with IE3 motor, flexible coupling, and coupling guard included.
