PM 65 A - Self-priming Pump (48.8m, 45l/min, 400V) for Home and Garden

The Pentax PM 65 A is a reliable and versatile self-priming electric water pump suitable for a range of domestic use. 
With the Pentax PM 65 A, you can be sure that your water is being pumped in the most efficient way possible. This peripheral positive displacement pump with frontal suction is suitable for small household systems and simple industrial applications. Characterized by a considerable ratio between performance and required to be output, they are suitable for domestic use, for example:
✔ for water distribution in combination with low pressure tanks;
✔ for irrigating gardens and orchards;
✔ for drawing water from tanks. 
And for all those other situations where air or gas may be present in the pumped water.
In addition to its great performance, the PM65A is also very easy to use. It has a very simple design, with only a single control valve, making it easy to use and maintain. 
 
Suitable for use with clean water that does not contain abrasive particles and with liquids that are not chemically aggressive towards the materials of which the pump is made.
 
⚠ The installation must be carried out in well-ventilated closed rooms or in any case protected from the weather.

✅ADVANTAGES
Self-priming option for PM 65 A model only
The generated pressure is 3–7 times greater (with the same wheel size and rotational speed).
A simpler pump design. Due to this, the repair/maintenance of vortex models is cheaper.
Less dependence of supply on the opposite pressure in the water supply.
Ability to transfer liquid saturated with gases.
 
❌DISADVANTAGES
The first is a relatively low efficiency (up to 45% in operating mode). 
The second is the inexpediency of using vortex units for pumping water containing abrasive fragments, since this leads to a drop in pressure, efficiency and rapid wear of the internal elements of the device.
